|IvoryBrace meets Pokéwood!|
On April 13th of 2015, he achieved what only he coudl describe as to be his first benchmark : five subscribers. He posted on his main tumblr that day to thank the few people that had taken the time to click on his little red button as well as using the post to explain his origins on the video sharing site, YouTube .
His first channel was opened in early 2009 under the username of TeamTrigger111 . He began a playthrough of Pokémon Platinum lasting 43 episodes and soon after branched out into camcorder Let's Play series. However, that channel fell under the weather to numerous copyright claims from animé giant Shogakukan in late 2010.
Within the next day, he was back on a channel he had made previously when the first claim was filed. However, after realising that he would need to reinvent himself in order to gain his audience again, he chose to close it and thus opened a new channel: Barengemax.
A playthrough of Pokémon SoulSilver was planned, executed halfway and then cancelled after that entire project ran it's course alongside personal issues, and the channel was emptied of all its content.
In 2012 he restarted the channel with a webcam-recorded Let's Play of Pokémon Black and White, which was completed and soon after he had planned to do the same with Pokémon FireRed. However, after finding he had bought a fake copy of the game from eBay and discovering his saved game to have removed itself after a long recording session, he gave up on the channel and it slowly sunk again. He tried to revive it again in late 2012/early 2013 with Wi-Fi battles but soon enough succumbed to a loss of motivation.
A fourth channel was opened, coining the alias of IvoryBrace but the branding was claimed to have been "so wrong."
He is now on his fifth channel, still under the IvoryBrace mask. With Pokémon Pearl finished, he launched a mini-series of the Kanto League.
Eight short weeks passed and he cut all activity until December of 2015 when a strange trailer was launched alongside his Twitter account.
On January 1st, 2016 Pokémon Emerald was launched as the next show on the channel.
To mark a special occasion for Ivory, he also launched another trailer for the summer of this year in which he plans to release a playthrough of Pokémon LeafGreen.
Pokémon Emerald remains the current active project.
